A Storm Is Coming to a Venue Near You

Next week we start a short run of gigs over the next three months with a show at the wonderful Temperance venue in Leamington Spa on Thursday 11th December, where Steve Birkett and I will be performing as a 'stripped back' quartet with Neil Ablard on drums and Jim Peterson on bass. The following night we will be at the brilliant Lamp Tavern Live (LTL) in Dudley for a full band show. You can expect some tunes from the new album along with some of your favourite original tunes and one or two classic covers. In the New Year our first stop is at the Winter Blues Weekender in North Shields, where we will be headlining on Friday 9 January. Then in February we are doing a series of headline gigs going from the south (Emsworth Music Club, Friday 13 February), to Yorkshire (Greystones, Sheffield, Saturday 21 February) followed by a mini Northern tour starting in Scotland (Backstage at the Green Hotel, Thursday 26 February) then Darlington (The Forum, Friday 27 February) and ending with a matinee show in Lancashire (Barnoldswick Music and Arts Centre, Sunday 28 February 12:30 pm). There's just a few tickets left at Temperance and LTL is selling well, so please move quickly if you want to secure your place at one of these shows. Looking ahead, the message is - as ever - if you are panning to come to see us, please book early to give confidence to everyone involved that the shows are viable.
