We have a new single out next week!
Against the background of everything going on at the moment we decided to do a re-mix of Wave Them Goodbye from our latest studio album More Sinner Than Saint and I was delighted when my brother-from-another-mother Alan Nimmo of King King agreed to duet with me. We couldn't get together, so he recorded the vocals remotely and the original track was re-mixed by the wonderful Chris Childs of Thunder (who also mixed the original track) to include the new vocal.
The track will be available on all streaming and download platforms worldwide. And, as a special treat, you will also be able to buy a high quality download directly from us via the website. This is a 24-bit WAV version that should be of significantly better quality than anything you get from the main download platforms. The product (currently shown as 'out of stock') will go live at midnight on Thursday 17 Sep.
Finally we have our very own Social Distancing video involving Alan, Steve on backing vocals and me - all in different places. This is an all too familiar format for this dreadful year, but we felt we had to have one at least! It will be on YouTube. We will premier it at 1900 (UK time) on Friday 18th and I will be on YouTube to chat and hear your reactions.
