Next Original Single Drops on 4 July 2025

These Days received a lot of love from you, for which many thanks, and now you can look forward to Falling Into You, which drops on all streaming platforms on Friday 4 July 2025. You can pre-save it here. 

Once again, the music and lyrics were written by Steve and me, the recording and production were done by Steve and his son Steve Birkett Junior and the track was mixed and mastered by Steve Jnr.

We were really pleased and humbled by the response to These Days. As usual, our album will be an eclectic mix and this new track is different to the previous one. Falling Into You is a driving tempo rock song about falling for someone you probably shouldn’t. Unlike the dark, ominous overtones of These Days, it is upbeat and lively, and I think people will find it a really driving and energising song.

Regarding the recording process, Steve Birkett said "We first brought the production, mixing and mastering in house for our Stripped Back album and whilst we love working with people like Gavin Monaghan, we wanted to do more tracks ourselves in order to bring our own ideas and creativity to that part of the process. It has proved to be hugely enjoyable and very rewarding."

There will be an Official Video for the new track on our YouTube channel on Friday 11 July (please subscribe and sign up for notifications if you haven't done so already).

We will be dropping more singles between now and the album release, which is scheduled for 31 October 2025.
