HAPPY NEW YEAR AND A FREE DOWNLOAD!

Updated: Dec 27, 2018

This is to wish you all a very Happy New Year. For us, the highlights of the past year were many - the main stage at Skegness, the Symphony Hall in Birmingham, some great festivals and the warmth of the reaction at the 'unplugged and in conversation' gigs.  We also had some adventures along the way - for example the snow-bound cancellation of the Town Hall, Birmingham gig and the blizzard in the north that cost us a car (but eventually got us a band van).

We have much to look forward to in 2019 - a new album, some great festivals lined up already and some excellent gigs in negotiation. As ever, full details will appear in due course on the website and via social media.

I am so grateful for your support and to each and every one of you that came to gigs, streamed music and/or bought discs and merchandise in 2018 - it means such a lot to everyone involved with the band. I also thank each and every musician that's played for us, especially Rick Benton, Lloyd Daker, Nigel Darvill, Aidan Goldstraw and Vincent John Yarrington.  I am hugely grateful to all of those who help in many ways to support us, with special thanks to John Tate for his hard work for the Sedgefield gig.  I also pay tribute to my co-songwriter Steve Birkett and last, but not least, my two off-stage heroes - Producer and Sound Engineer Mark Viner Stuart and Manager of our business, Colin Speller.

But, none of this would be possible if it wasn't for those of you who continue to support live, original music - without you we are nothing. So, as a thank you to you all, I am giving away a free download of Steve Birkett and me performing Leonard Cohen's 'Hallelujah' to everyone on our mailing list. If you are on the list already, you should have received an email with a download link. If you are not on the list, please sign up and we will email you the link.

There is an accompanying video on YouTube that can be seen HERE.

I hope you enjoy it and I very much look forward to seeing you at a gig next year.

My very best wishes,

Rebecca xx
